What We OFFER
- Attending physician and other medical appointments to advocate for our client and communicate with family members as requested.
- Transportation, either provided or arranged for all needs.
- Medication management: pillbox refills and interfacing with MD and pharmacy.
- Keeping lines of communication open between client, families and caregivers.
- Financial services, including bill paying, management and reconciliation.
- Assessing living situations to make recommended changes for safety and aging-in-place.
- Arranging home care, medical equipment, or other services to meet the challenges of aging.
- Enhancing quality of life by offering compassionate, professional support.
