Rausa McManus, RN, BSN, CCM and Neil McManus, BA

          Neil and Rausa have been married for          thirty-three years and have four grown children.

Neil graduated from Bellarmine University with a BA in Business Management. He managed multi-million dollar businesses for over thirty years. He has 12 years experience in the senior industry as CFO and joint owner of Nurse Care of North Carolina, a local home care agency. Neil volunteers for the Furniture Project, a non-profit that collects and provides furniture for people moving out of homelessness into housing. He also leads a men's Bible study and jail ministry at church. He is an experienced and trusted daily money manager.

Rausa holds degrees from Clemson University and North Carolina Central University. She is a Registered Nurse, Certified Care Manager, and an Advanced Member of the Aging Life Care Association. Rausa ran the family's home care agency, Nurse Care of North Carolina, for 12 years and has an extensive background in geriatrics, hospice, dementia, family dynamics and substance abuse.  After retiring from home care, geriatric care management was a natural transition and became her passion. Rausa has vast resources, knowledge, and connections in the local medical and senior community. Her greatest satisfaction is helping others reach their fullest potential at any stage of senior life.
